Q. IS CBD OIL LEGAL IN THE UK?
A. Yes, it is. For CBD Oil to be legal in the UK, it must contain no THC, which is a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The THC content cannot be higher than 0.03%. Cannabis oil has THC content and is not allowed in the UK, but CBD oil has no THC content.
Q. DOES CBD GET YOU HIGH?
A. No, CBD does not get you high. CBD does not contain the psychoactive substance THC, so it is not possible to get high from CBD oil. Some users report feeling calmer and more relaxed from CBD products, but this is not the same as the “high” experienced with THC.
Q. WHAT DOES CBD STAND FOR?
A. CBD stands for cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is one of the many cannabinoids, or chemical compounds found in marijuana and hemp plants. There are 113 identified cannabinoids, and CBD is just one of them.

Q. WHAT DOES CBD DO?
A. CBD is commonly used by people who are suffering from pain, anxiety, stress and insomnia depression to name but a few Research is still ongoing into the benefits of CBD for the human body. What is known is that CBD is similar in structure to endocannabinoids which are produced by the human body by the endocannabinoid system (EDS).
Q. WHAT DOES CBD MEAN?
A. CBD is an abbreviation for cannabinoid. It is a phytocannabinoid which is derived from the cannabis plant. CBD is extracted from the plant and then consumed, orally, smoking, creams, balms, capsules, jellies, whichever suits the users lifestyle is the rule we go by @ CBD By Better Days.
Q. DOES CBD MAKE YOU SLEEPY CAN I TAKE IT AT WORK CAN I DRIVE USING CBD.
A. While many people will turn to CBD oil to help them to relax, it doesn’t cause drowsiness. While it might help to make you calmer, and clearing your mind it’s quite the opposite when it comes to feeling drowsy. I think of it as a filing cabinet organizer. You put the CBD into the Endocannabinoid system (the filing cabinet) it clears your mind uplifts our mood improving energy levels and overall well being which hand in hand makes you sleep better and it starts again.because your system is more organised and is running like a fine tuned car.
You don’t have to be worried about being drowsy or sleeping during the day while using CBD products.
Q. CAN YOU PROVE TO ME YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NO THC AND NO HIDDEN INGREDIENTS.
A. Sure I’m glad you asked. We have independent 3rd party lab reports. We hold these on the CEO section on our homepage and also each Certificate is updated alongside the product.
Legally we have to be able to prove what we say we sell, we are actually selling. We offer no medical advice as such, just advice based on experience and success stories from past customers. We can prove everything we say. We pride ourselves on being transparent, honest and straight down the line.
Q. HOW DOES CBD INTERACT WITH THE ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM? AND WHAT THE EVEN IS THE ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM?
A. The “endocannabinoid” system is an integral part of our neuro-immuno-endocrine network. This is the system of organ and tissue signaling in the human body that sends and receives chemical messages and is affects for many aspects of human health including mood, pain, inflammation, stress response and immune function. Our bodies produce their own cannabinoids—endocannabinoids—primarily anandamide, and 2-AG (2-arachidonoylglycerol). A “phytocannabinoid” or plant-derived cannabinoid like CBD or THC can activate the same receptors in the body and have similar or stronger effects than our endocannabinoids. This is similar to how morphine derived from the poppy plant can reduce pain by activating the body’s endorphin receptors.
We know the very specific receptors that THC activates in the body, primarily CB1 and CB2 receptors in the brain, but are still learning all the different rectors CBD interact with- one research article estimated CBD may interact with 65 different receptors in the human body, leading scientists refer to CBD as a “promiscuous” compound.
Q. WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN PURCHASING CBD OIL?MY FRIEND BOUGHT SOME OFF THE HIGH STREET AND SAID IT WAS C***
A. Today I conducted some high Street research based on this question.
Let me tell you what I found! The average CBD content is 18% purity meaning they use cheap hemp and more than likely off cuts from the good stuff. I found that each product contains just 3-8mg of hemp oil. They don’t even call it CBD because it is so impure legally they would be sued for false information. To give an explanation it’s like adding a champagne label to a bottle of cider.
If you don’t believe me, you’re welcome to try and prove me wrong. I’m always keen to learn and progress.
Please see attached picture for an example of what the lady called the premium range of CBD.
If I had to price its value at cost I would estimate they produce this product for less than £1.50 and all of the cost is in the glass bottle and dropper.
Don’t be sucked in by false information.
Don’t be blinded by big figures.
If they are not flaunting the big facts then they have something to hide.
The above is based on my personal opinion. The sole reason I created this product range was to help heal my community and offer honest, high end products at real life prices.
