It’s not often we take credit for what we do but today we are going to bask in the glory!
This is not only my achievement, its all thanks to each and everyone of you from the first to the last! The knowledge I gain daily is paying off clearly, I’m grateful for this you all help me as much as I help you.

Slept like an angel last night .. 🙂 x All good so far. Sleeping lovely, dunno if I feel any different as yet. But it's still early days. It's seemed to have curbed my eating habits... which is great!

Thank you very much, Kev. Those ones we got for my grandad have been great, he usually has bad knees and wrists and takes a lot of Cocodamol and he's almost two weeks into his course and he's stopped taking the cocodamol. He said they are really helping him, plus he's been sleeping better 👍🏻

Since starting on the Capsules I have noticed a big Difference in my energy levels. I am on Gabapentin on a night time, due to operation and Radiation damage on my right arm. I have started to Lower the Dose on a night time and hopefully come off them altogether. I may need a stronger dosage on a night time.
